Zilisto supports PDF, Word documents (.doc, .docx), Excel spreadsheets (.xls, .xlsx), images (JPG, PNG, GIF), CSV files, and plain text files. The maximum file size is 50MB per file.

Yes! When you share a checklist link, contributors can upload documents without creating an account. They simply click the link, optionally enter a password if required, and upload directly.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Zilisto uses Firebase Cloud infrastructure with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We also support password-protected sharing for additional security.

Can I customize the checklist items?

How do real-time updates work?
